In the excellent customer service department, he arranged for a couple of hard to get inspections and repair trips, AND he collected me at the Memphis airport, earning the rating.

Recently had the pleasure of finding a 2007 Chevy Avalanche here, meeting Michael and a couple of other folks here. Business was professional, overall easy to deal with and mostly I felt treated as a valued customer. If there was a 4.5, I would ding a bit regarding communications, but overall, I really had no issues they didn't address. We had two communication issues, but I addressed them to Michael and he really came across in the end.
